How to Bullet Proof Your Immune System

Billions of people worldwide are following the news and statistical updates. We are observing various measures taken globally, from closing of countries’ borders to sanitizing offices at night.   1. Bring in the Oxygen – Viruses cannot survive in oxygen rich air.
    1. Air out living spaces often. Let the breeze bring freshness to your room and mental clarity to your mind.
    2. Run for 10 min first thing in the morning and before bed time, in order to enrich your body with oxygen.   4. Eat healthfully. Give your immune system and other cells healthy building material. Strengthen and build new healthy cells! Cut down on restaurant outings, soda drinks, fried food and other processed foods. Eat more homemade foods, whole foods and aim for at least 50-60% of fresh foods (uncooked fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds) in your diet.
  5. Decrease or eliminate meats. As those take a long time to break down and can stay in your digestive track up 72 hrs.
