We have heard your requests to be able to enjoy a lighter and more affordable program without professional services, such as before and after assessments, explanation consults, custom protocols and customized services planning. Many guests asked for a whole-body detox program, where you can get a deep metabolic reset, time to recharge your batteries, help to get back on track with healthy eating, and just be cared for – while being guided through a gentle healing process.
Considering this, we have designed for you a new 7 Days Detox and Recharge Program. This is your perfect alumni program with less education, a customized number of one-on-one services, fewer professional services (and fees) and new classes included.
We ran our first program Mar 26-Apr 2 and were pleased to see enjoyment with the process and wonderful health improvements in the group. Every single one of them said they want to come back and possibly bring along friends and family. Excited to learn more!?

Primary Difference Between Go-Deeper (GD)™ and Detox and Recharge(D&R) Programs:
- 7-Day Detox and Recharge Program: designed as a reboot program. Excellent for a repeat visit or a short healthy getaway. Major health conditions are a contraindication. The Focus of this program is advanced whole body detox.
- Runs on separate dates from the Go-Deeper.
- Higher fitness level and different/ smaller amount of educational content than the GoDeeper programs.
- Currently, we are working on multiple seasonal menus (in the process). Yam!!!
- 7, 14 and 21-Day Go-Deeper™ Programs: designed to help you work on specific health issues. Best for those with a lot on their plate and need advanced professional guidance, work on physical issues, quit smoking or counselling. The Focus of this program is health restoration.
- There are 3 options for the GD programs: Physical Health, Emotional Wellness and Habits Re-patterning (= Quit Smoking and Lifestyle Transformation).
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GO-DEEPER AND DETOX & RECHARGE PROGRAMS?
Primarily, purpose, level of health, professional guidance and intensity.
7-Day Detox and Recharge program is for healthy people who just need a boost. Though it is perfect for people with minor issues, such as bloating or small to moderate weight excess, the program does not aim to address any health conditions and therefore does not include health assessments, individualized services planning or custom protocol planning. This makes it more affordable for you.
The program includes a well-thought-through standard package of supplements and therapies. Due to this, organ cleanses here start from the first day of arrival and are more advanced.
Contraindications
D&R program has a faster cleansing pace, which may not be suitable for people with advanced health or sever depression/anxiety.
Requirements
Colonics and twice-a-week digestive Isotonic flushes are mandatory in the Detox and Recharge program.
This is because when you detox, you really need them (otherwise, your results would not be the same).
To participate in the D&R program, you also need to be able to tolerate some less palatable formulas and embrace the temporal discomfort of the detox symptoms for a deep and productive cleanse.
This program is not suitable for people with advanced mobility and obesity issues (ex. 70+ lbs.).

Go-Deeper: Professional assessment and planning of services are mandatory in this program The GD is recommended if you want to work on a specific health condition. On this program, you do not start custom protocols (supplementation and most cleanses) till the first Thu because we need to assess you and to ensure the plan is safe and custom-tailored to you. The 21-Day is the optimum length for the Go-Deeper Program, as it allows for the healing momentum and typically achieves concrete health changes.
Go-Deeper programs are more individualized to a person’s needs and more guided. In this program, you must be willing to fully follow the professional guidance and planning and follow the suggested protocols and treatments (= to do the work & trust the process).
The speed of healing in the GD is more moderately paced, and we can influence its intensity through the Program Director’s customization of supplements, treatments, and micro-adjustments on a per-need basis. The services and custom protocols in this program are customizable, though the ability to customize is somewhat limited for a 7-day program due to the shortness of time.

QA:
- Can I change the type of services from my package?
- By exception of colonics, which are mandatory, and the first two days, upon arrival, you can change the 1-on-1 services for Wed to Sat, with another service by the same practitioner (subject to their individual skills and modalities).
- Can I book additional appointments?
- Yes, must be requested prior to arrival. We will send you a list of available services 1-2 weeks prior.
- Services booking upon arrival is available but limited.
- Are registered therapist services available in DR Program?
- No ND services or counselling is available in this program. The RMT and Acupuncture may be available with an advanced request, but they are not guaranteed and cannot replace standard services included in the package (they’d be booked as extra).
What Detoxes Are Included in the DR Program?
Your cleansing program consists of the following main components:
1. Herbal Cleanses
Cleanses include herbal teas, capsules, and a few other ingredients, such as charcoal and cranberry juice. During your stay, we focus on cleanses of the entire digestive tract, liver, lungs and kidney. We will also do a parasite cleanse.
2. Green Drinks
When you cleanse, you need a lot of nourishment to support your system. Consuming leafy greens is one of the most beautiful ways to do it. On a daily basis, we serve Green Smoothies and either a dandelion green shot or a 6-oz green juice (from leafy greens, cucumber, celery and apple), depending on the day. Additionally, you have an opportunity to self-juice wheatgrass shot daily.
Rebuilding Supplements
Because our goal is not only to detox but also to recharge, we include in your program a variety of organ-supporting and organ-restoring supplements, such as immune boosting protocol and two formulas for adrenal support. Additionally, we offer top-quality probiotics, digestive enzymes, and Digestive Tune-up™ Shot and Liver Activation™ Shot to enhance your digestion. Sleep Enhancing Tea and Magnesium are provided to support your nervous system and sleep.
Incidentals
In case you need some sleep aid, protein or digestion activation supplements/ drinks, you have $150 of incidental budget included. If unused, you can put it towards additional services, products, tips or ask to get reimbursed.
