Who Am I?
Stacey Campbell is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado — a Buddhist-inspired, experiential program dedicated to integrating psychology and contemplative practice. Before attending Naropa, Stacey completed her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a major in Psychology at the University of Victoria.
From a young age, Stacey has been deeply curious about human nature and what contributes to happiness and well-being. Her personal journey took a profound turn during a spiritual retreat in Guatemala in her early twenties, where she experienced a deep meditation that revealed her purpose — to guide others toward a more fulfilling and conscious way of living. Since then, she has been an eternal student of healing and transformation, exploring how different practices — from examining belief systems and quieting the mind, to mindful movement and nutrition — influence the mind-body-spirit connection.
During her time at Las Piramides, a yoga and meditation retreat on the shores of Lake Atitlan in San Marcos, Guatemala, Stacey immersed herself in yoga, meditation, as well as the study of various metaphysical principles. Her retreat also included forty days of silence in deep meditative contemplation — an experience that profoundly shaped her approach to inner work and presence.
In her counselling practice, Stacey supports clients in cultivating awareness of the present moment — guiding them to relate to life as it is, rather than how it “should” be. Through mindfulness and compassion-based practices, she helps individuals befriend their emotions, nurture self-acceptance, and access the inner wisdom that allows genuine transformation.
Stacey works with clients navigating:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Trauma and Abuse
• Grief and Loss
• Relationship Conflicts
• Life Transitions
• Spiritual Growth and Development
When she’s not in session, Stacey enjoys yoga, meditation, hiking, reading, writing, and spending quality time with family and friends. She brings this same sense of grounded presence and curiosity into every area of her life — continually exploring what it means to live with balance, connection, and heart.
