If you do not have a website (although having your own website helps), you can promote our services via, newsletter, your Facebook page or e-mailing your Banners or affiliate link to Fresh Start directly to your friends and clients . If you want more business, you can generate it via search engines (Learn how), postings in internet forums, tweeting, posting links on facebook, LinkedIn (Learn how), or recording videos (Learn how).

2. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
Pay-per Lead Tracking: The Fresh Start Affiliate program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, the leading affiliate tracking software. Post Affiliate Pro uses a combination of cookies and IP address tacking to track referrals for the best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor fills out one of the online inquiry forms, the affiliate system checks for the cookie (if not found it checks for the IP address of the referral) and credits your account the commission per lead.
This process is absolutely automatic. All of your referrals will be properly tracked.
Post Affiliate Pro is used by thousands of Internet merchants and affiliates world-wide.
Pay-per Sale Tracking: Post Affiliate Pro is also integrated with our (CRM/ERP NetSuite). When you sign up to become an affiliate, the system automatically adds you to NetSuite. Since all of the online forms are directly connected with NetSuite, when a lead submits an inquiry, the tracking code is passed into NetSuite with the lead record, the system checks for the Affiliate code when the lead arrived and if there is one, attaches that lead to the affiliate partner.
Online Lead Referral Form submissions and Brochure Code Tracking is done directly through NetSuite.
A Fresh Start Program Consultant follows up with the lead, pre-screens and registers a guest. NetSuite automatically posts a commission to partner and adds it into the pipeline of scheduled commission payments. This process is absolutely automatic. All of your referrals will be properly tracked.

3. What is your lead tracking and referring policy?
Lead Tracking and Referring Policy:
Cookie and tracking policy:
Cookie and raw clicks expire in 120 days.
Cookie is deleted after submission of a lead.
Initial affiliate receives a commission and later referrals are not registered.
First Referring Partner Policy
Definition: 1st Referring Partner is the very first partner, under whom the lead was attached to in NetSuite.
From that time on, the 1st Referring Partner has priority over all other partners for this lead, whether it came from an Online Banner, E-mail or Brochure Code.
1st Time Lead Submission:
Priority is chosen according to the following rule, under whom the lead is attached to in our system(s):
Cookie only:
1st Cookie has priority: A Lead that clicked on the 1st Partner's Affiliate Link and Banner that contains the Post Affiliate Pro Tracking Code that the lead will be attached to.
Brochure only:
1st Cookie is NOT present: The Lead is directly attached to the Affiliate Partner in NetSuite and is not tracked in Post Affiliate Pro.
1st Cookie is present: The Lead will be attached to the 1st Cookie partner.
Cookie and Brochure code:
1st Cookie has priority and overrides the brochure code if one is entered by the lead during the submission of an Online Form of the 1st affiliate partner
Duplicate Leads and Repeat Clients:
If upon the Merging of Duplicate Records, NetSuite has detected the 1st Referring Partner under the same lead, priority will go over to the 1st Referring Partner. Commission is not issued for duplicate or repeat leads/clients.
One time Commission Structure:
Fresh Start keeps a database of all leads and clients in NetSuite. Fresh Start will pay the Affiliate Partner only a one-time commission per Lead and/or registered Client. Commission is not issued for duplicate or repeat leads and/or clients.
Referring Leads Manually:
GUARANTEED: Affiliate Partner agrees to use the Online Lead Referral Form, whenever possible. Fresh Start guarantees the tracking and matching of a lead to an Affiliate Partner IF the Lead Referral form has been used.
NOT GUARANTEED: Phone, e-mail or in person lead referrals are not guaranteed to be tracked by Fresh Start, due to E-mail spam filtering, changing of staff, change of phone numbers, negligence on the part of staff, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Online Lead Referral Form is your preference, because:
The Affiliate Partner agrees to honor the right of the 1st Referring Partner to a Lead, if a Partner exists.
Multi Practitioner Practice:
To avoid internal "jealousy issues" Fresh Start suggests to use either one of the following strategies:
1. Register only one Affiliate Partner per Multi-Practitioner Practice.
2. BEST STRATEGY: Register all Practitioners. Mix Multiple Practitioners/Partners Brochures in the rack stand to allow a chance for everyone to be a "lucky winner". It will keep everyone happy and allows each practitioner to display brochures outside of the multi-practitioner practice.
Fresh Start gives the right to the Affiliate Partners or whoever is an internal authority, to manage partners or to decide how they would prefer to handle this matter within a Multi-Practitioner Clinic.
4. How is the payment handled?
Payments can be made by check or PayPal. The minimum payout value is $25. PayPal is the preferred method. If you do not have a Pay Pal account click here to Sign Up. It is Free, Secure, and a great business tool.
Payments are issued in CAD dollars, and are paid once a month, always on the last day or subsequent month.
5. How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is very easy and it's completely FREE. You don't have to pay to become an affiliate partner.
All you need to do to sign up is go to the Signup Form below and fill it out. After our affiliate manager reviews your registration, you will receive an email with your password and other information.
As our affiliate partner, you will have your own control panel where you can see detailed statistics of traffic you referred, news and training materials, and a choice of banners and text links.
Then, all you will need to do is place an affiliate link, banner, or text link on your web site or place ads in pay-per-click search engines, so you can start sending customers to our web site and earning revenue.
If you run a practice, and chose to carry Fresh Start brochures, we will mail you a setup package.
6. What is the affiliate link?
The affiliate link is a special URL to the Fresh Start website that tracks all leads that click on it to you.
You will get the URL's for different banners in your affiliate panel after logging in.
7. Can I promote you through pay-per-click search engines?
YES! You can promote us through pay-per-click search engines. In fact, this type of promotion becomes
increasingly popular and we are aware of several affiliates promoting our products in this way and making a very good profit.
