If you have no major conditions and very little time, our 5-day package will work for you. Please note, however, that the shortness of this program does not allow you to have the major turnarounds that can occur in the 10- or 14-day programs.
If you do not suffer from a health condition and have simply been run down by work and the stresses of everyday life, we recommend a 10-day package. It is the best for prevention.
If however you have one or more diagnosed conditions (HBP, depression, fibromyalgia, IBS, diabetes, cancer, etc.), we recommend a 14-day package.
The rule of thumb: The longer the stay, the greater the benefits.
