A session with our massage therapist is more than just relaxing. It also has a strong therapeutic effect. Our therapist usually applies variety of different massage techniques during her hour sessions, including a deep tissue massage on areas needing more assistance.  If you have a preference for a particular type of massage, let her know and she will tailor the session just for you.  We offer the following massages:

Aromatherapy Massage 

1 hour, $75

A gentle, soothing massage that induces relaxation and stimulates circulation through combining the senses of smell and touch.  Our custom mixed therapeutical oils work deep into the skin, helping to sooth the nervous system and clear the mind.

 

Rosehip Oil Massage  

1 hour, $75

Rejuvenate your skin, strengthen your vascular system, smooth out your broken capillaries, minimize stretch marks, help heal scars and nurture mature and dry skin.

 

Hot Stone Massage

1 hour, $90

For this specialized massage, our therapist heats stones in sanitized water and carefully places them along your spine and in the palms of your hands.  As the warmth radiates into your body, the therapist firmly massages you along the muscles of the legs, arms, and torso with heated, oiled stones held in the palm of the hand. An authentic hot stone massage consists of more than just gliding heated stones softly on the surface – the stones deliver the massage at light, medium, or deep pressure, whatever is more comfortable for you.  The heat from the stones promotes circulation, augmenting the healing effects of the massage, as well as helping you to mentally relax.

 

Reflexology

Reflexology has been shown to be an effective treatment for such conditions as migraine, arthritis, stress, back pain, hormonal imbalances, sleep problems, digestive disorders, infertility, and sports injuries. Your session begins by the therapist applying pressure to the feet with her hands to detect slight changes in points on the feet corresponding to specific organs and body systems.  She then gently works on these points, stimulating the body to seek natural equilibrium and relaxing both body and soul.

Facials

Herbal Steam Facials

 20 min, $25

High temperature steam loosens debris and stimulates facial pores, allowing the face to cleanse itself of toxins.  The detoxification is assisted by the addition of high grade therapeutic essential oils: 

• Eucalyptus: cleanses impurities from the poers, antibacterial, and enhance circulation.
• Lavender: promotes healing of abrasions, good for relaxation, dry skin and acne.
• Mint: has a stimulating and cooling effect.

Organic Facials

30 min, $35

Renew, cleanse, moisturize and nourish your skin with a facial fruit mask.  With natural fructose and omega fats, our facials produce fabulous results and have no contraindications (unless you have allergies to specific ingredients).   

Some masks use white and green clay – great absorbers that assist in removing blemishes. Other ingredients are honey, oatmeal, and blue-green algae.  Choose as many as you wish from among the following options: 

• Avocado: nourishes & soothes dry skin
• Banana: antifungal; deeply hydrates skin
• Cucumber: moisturizer; has cooling affect & helps balance skin PH
• Coconut: helps reduce skin inflammation, fine lines and wrinkles
• Honey: nature's healer for virtually any skin problem!
• White Clay: removes excess sebum; helps for minor blemishes or more active pimples
• Green Clay: a deep skin cleanser; discourages formation of blackheads, and minimizes pores
• Blue-Green Algae: hydrates the skin, helps reestablish facial PH balance
• Red Grape: Antioxidant; increases circulation; reduces fine lines and wrinkles; increases skin radiance.
• Abundant Life Facial: moisturizes and normalizes skin PH, prevents flaking, dryness and tightness due to the use of soap-based cleansers.

Salt Glows

Salt scrub and shower

Sea salt, Epsom salts and oils are combined into our salt glows.  The mixture is first applied to your body in a soft massage.  It is then rinsed with a warm shower.  The procedure helps to exfoliate your skin while also leaving it silky soft.
