If you meet Lidia, you will see a calm, tactful and humble woman, so humble, that you would never guess that she has extremely high credentials and expertise. Throughout her 32 years of professional career she worked at high-profile positions, such as Senior Faculty Member, Educator, Counselor, Program Head, Program Director, Owner/Manager with top-class companies.

Lidia received Bachelor of Health Education from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, ON and B.Ed. from University of Ontario, London, ON in 1978. She also has been trained as a life coach, Accredited T'ai Chi Chih Teacher and aCertified Biofeedback Practitioner. Lydia’s main specialty is counselling. Lidia received training in Carkhuff, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Fantasy Work, Solution Group, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Counseling, and Emotional Freedom Technique from professional institutes.

Lidia is also a Registered Massage Therapist and Reiki Master since the year of 2000 and has been registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

Currently she has been working on her Board Certified Doctorate of Traditional Naturopathy from International Quantum University of Integrative Medicine.

Lidia is a Senior Faculty Member at William Glassser Institute, California, where from 1993 to 1997 she trained counselors in Reality Therapy, Choice Theory and Lead Management, as well as had been designing workshops and wellness programs.

From1993 to 1995 Lidia was working as a Program Head at Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology and supervised 17 instructors. For 7 years, from 1978 to 1995 Lidia had been teaching adult educations courses in general science, biology, chemistry, physics, and psychology at Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, Moose Jaw, SK. From 1993 to 1998 she had been performing counseling duties for Basic Adult Education students, as well as handled liaison with government and other community agencies.
